Since 2 October 2020, Dr. Martin Zarnkow from the Weihenstephan Research Centre for Brewing and Food Quality has been the new chairman of the Central European Brewing Analysis Commission, or MEBAK for short. He replaces Prof. Frank-Jürgen Methner from TU Berlin, who chaired MEBAK from 2016 to 2020.
