As a rule, isomerized hop extracts are homogenous due to their method of production. However, due to longer storage periods or incorrect handling during storage, precipitation may occur. For this reason, the original package should be submitted for analysis. One to three samples are to be randomly collected from a package, depending on the size of the lot.
