Application/Purpose

This method describes the determination of tin in wort or Congress wort by means of atomic absorption spectrometry.

Scope of Application

Suitable for analysis of all (laboratory) wort samples

Principle

Tin in wort is measured using the flameless AAS technique; the measurement is made at 235.5 nm.
